One of the Leadership training courses which I attended years ago
discussed the movie “Apollo 13”. In summary, the space capsule that
was supposed to land on the moon had an explosion 200,000 miles
from earth.
The three man crew members with their leader (Tom Hanks) had all
sorts of trouble achieving their goal. Against unbelievable odds, the
space mission changed from landing men on the surface of the moon
to returning them safely to earth. Appolo 13: True Leadership training

Watch the movie and see how Tom Hanks exhibited a leadership style
in the space shuttle. Listen to the way he reported the problem
