Presentation example
This presentation example shows you how to sequence your
presentation material to convince the audience of a proposed solution.

This example can be used to sell a solution. It starts by describing the
problem that is to be discussed during the presentation. It then
describes the alternatives available for each of the problem items. The
final cnclusion leads to adopt and recommend only One solution. This
solution is what you should try to sell to the audience.

You should only utilise the below should it fir your needs. You might
want to consider modifying it as you see fit.


Problem:
  • State the problem
  • State the causes
  • Reason the causes
  • Explain background data need to understand the problem
  • Indicate short and long term consequences


Alternatives:
  • Give Criteria for solution
  • Alternatives of the solution
  • Eliminate the ones that do not make sense

Solution:
  • Present the optimal alternative as your preferred solution
  • Support it with evidence
  • Give detailed implementation plan
  • Explain the success factor
  • State the monitoring plan to ensure success
  • summarize
